Zimmerman told police that Trayvon attacked him on that fateful night, and he fired his gun in self defense. While this new evidence doesn’t speak to who attacked whom, it does speak to each individual’s injuries sustained.

Charges Dropped After Vet Jailed For Possessing “Unregistered” Guns … But Where Are the Guns Now?

A veteran was pulled over by police, handcuffed and thrown in jail after guns unregistered where he was driving in Washington, D.C. were found in his vehicle and then confiscated by the officers. The guns were, however, registered in the vet’s home state. Soon after, prosecutors dropped the charges against him, but the cops kept the fire arms.

Judge Andrew Napolitano discussed this issue with Brian Kilmeade. He said that the cops are allowed to keep these fire arms in this case because of an unusual “quirk” in the law.

Napolitano said these guns were lawfully registered, owned and transported by this vet, but because he came to a complete stop in Washington, D.C., he had an obligation under the law to comply with the gun laws in the place he stopped. (More…)
