Former Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman was arrested yesterday in connection with the murder of his wife Monica. Seven months ago, Monica’s body was discovered in the sewer of an upscale Mexican resort during the family’s vacation. Beresford-Redman is expected in a Los Angeles courtroom today for the first hearing in what’s expected to be a long fight over his extradition to Mexico.

An 11-page complaint released after his arrest, reveals new details about the events leading up to the murder, including the fact that Monica Beresford-Redman had discovered that her husband was having an affair before they left for their trip and that traces of blood were found on sheets from their hotel room.

Kimberly Guilfoyle, a former prosecutor, and Tom Kenniff, a criminal defense attorney, joined America’s Newsroom earlier to weigh in on whether Beresford-Redman will be extradicted.
