Rpt: CIA Not Interrogating Some Terror Suspects Overseas

A report in the Los Angeles Times reveals that the Central Intelligence Agency has stopped trying to detain or interrogate suspects caught abroad, with the exception of those captured in Iraq and Afghanistan.
