Twenty states are considering a law that would make it a felony for a parent or guardian to not report a child missing within 24 hours — called ‘Caylee’s Law.’ Florida State Representative Jose Diaz, who is leading the charge, has received hundreds and hundreds of emails and expects to receive hundreds more because parents all across Florida are just absolutely mesmerized and frustrated by the Casey Anthony case.
