Many are saying that Mitt Romney is out of touch with the American people after he casually bet Rick Perry $10,000 during Saturday night’s ABC News GOP debate. The exchange transpired when Perry accused Romney of writing in his book that the health care mandate imposed in Massachusetts should be the model for a national plan.
