During last night’s GOP debate, Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney expressed a few hints that Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) could possibly be on their VP short lists, but if Rubio gets in will President Obama and Vice President Biden get voted out?

Pollster Sabrina Schaeffer believes it could happen and explained why on today’s Your World, saying, “I think in a normal election year, usually the vice presidential ticket has no effect on voter behavior, but I think in a year in which voters are so unenthused by the top of the ticket … I think they could have a significant force in terms of getting people to the polls and injecting a jolt of energy into the campaign, which is surely needed.”
