Tim Tebow Surprises Girl Suffering From Tumor Disorder With a Special 'Date'

NFL Star Tim Tebow gave Presli Collins, a young Colorado girl, the surprise of her life when he invited her to attend the Cartoon Network’s Hall of Game Awards as his “date.”

Collins suffers from neurofibromatosis, a disorder that forms tumors under the skin, in nerves, the brain and spinal cord.

Her mother, Lisa Collins, said that the hardest part of the condition is “not knowing how it will manifest in her body.”

Of the invite from Tebow, which was received through his foundation Wish 15, Lisa Collins said, “She’s just gone through a lot, and when we got the notice for this, she was just completely shocked.” She went onto say that Tebow “treated Presli like a princess, made her feel like she was the star, which was just amazing.”

At the end of the event, Tebow told Presli, “Thank you for being an amazing date.”
