Herman Cain on Gov't Job Training Programs: 'Stop Meddling'

Former GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain weighed in on whether job training programs given by the government really work. His answer was simple: "If we had jobs, they would. They're working on the wrong problem."

According to Cain, the Obama administration fundamentally 'doesn't understand how to create jobs.' Cain also said the government shouldn't meddle in trying to train people -- something that businesses can do that themselves.
