Mitt Romney Repudiates Proposed Rev. Wright Attack on Obama
Mitt Romney repudiated the proposal floated by a conservative super PAC to resurrect a line of attack on President Obama that would remind voters of his links to the Rev. Jeremiah Wright.
On tonight’s Special Report, Judge Napolitano discussed whether or not Romney campaign ads going after the Reverend Wright/ President Obama connection would be affective for the presidential candidate.
Napolitano said he doesn’t think it’s a bad idea to go after Reverend Wright because he said there’s an entirely different legal landscape today than there was four years ago.
Napoliano said, “There’s going to be an onslaught
of the ads no matter how much Governor Romney protests them.” He thinks it was very wise of Romney to protest these kinds of ads, but definitely thinks it’s going to come.
