Artist Steve Penley Celebrates the USA Through Patriotic Paintings

Early this morning, artist Steve Penley began painting the Statue of Liberty outside our very own Fox News building. A few hours later the patriotic painting was near completion. Penley told Fox and Friends that he started painting patriotic works of art because of his love for history during college.

He said, “I was really surprised when it resonated with so many people and I think people feel so alienated about their country, and they feel like they’re alone in being patriotic now.

I think it’s a reminder to people that they’re not alone.”
