Developing: Hung Jury on Most Counts in John Edwards Corruption Case

Jonathan Serrie reports that there is a hung jury on most of the counts against John Edwards. Tune in to Fox News Channel for the latest developments.

2:53p ET UPDATE: Megyn Kelly confirms that a verdict has been reached on Count 3, in which Edwards is accused of receiving contributions from Rachel "Bunny" Mellon in excess of federal limits in 2008. the verdict has yet to be announced.

3p ET UPDATE: Jonathan Serrie reports that the prosecution wants the judge to push the jury to continue deliberating, while the defense is asking for the judge to declare a mistrial.
