Standoff in Dallas, Texas at Bank Ends as SWAT Team Apprehends Suspect

Gregg Jarrett just reported that a standoff in Dallas, Texas between a SWAT team and a man outside a bank has just come to an end. The SWAT team apprehended the man after a passerby reported him slumped over in his car. When officials arrived, the man wouldn’t get out of the car or show his hands so they became worried that he may have a gun. The Northwest highway between Turtle Creek and Hillcrest has been partially shut down.
