Jury Selection Begins in Stephen Baldwin’s Suit Against Kevin Costner

Jury selection has begun in actor Stephen Baldwin’s lawsuit against fellow actor Kevin Costner. Baldwin claims that Costner cheated him out of millions of dollars.

Costner owns a company called Ocean Therapy Solutions that developed a device that aims to separate oil and water. The company signed a deal with BP in an effort to help the company clean up the oil spill in the Gulf Coast. Baldwin asserts that Costner duped him into selling his shares of the company by keeping him in the dark about the deal with BP.

Judge Napolitano commented on the case, saying that the case is really one of believability and who the jury decides to believe.
