Gov. Scott Walker and Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch Survive Wisconsin Recall Election, Fox News Projects

In what many viewed as a referendum on government spending and labor unions, Fox News projects Wisc. Gov. Scott Walker (R) has won the state's recall election, making him the first governor to survive such an election, beating back a challenge by Democrat Tom Barrett. Fox News also projects that Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch will win the recall election, as well.
