Update: Wisconsin Governor and Lt. Governor Races Too Close to Call as Polls Close
The polls are now closed in Wisconsin and Fox News' Sean Hannity and Bret Baier reported that the vote to recall Republican Governor Scott Walker and replace him with Democratic Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett is still too close to call.
Fox News exit polls show the race is extremely tight. If Walker were to win, it would make him the first governor in U.S. history to survive a recall election.
The outcome of the vote to recall Walker’s lieutenant governor, Rebecca Kleefisch (R), and replace her with Democrat Mahlon Mitchell, a union leader, is equally unclear.
