Did Democrats Attempt to "Intimidate" Supreme Court Justices on Health Care Ruling?

As we await the Supreme Court’s ruling on the constitutionality of President Obama’s health care law, several Republicans senators are speaking out today about their belief that President Obama and fellow Democrats attempted to intimidate Supreme Court justices on this ruling.

Patrick Leahy who said, “As Justices, they are supposed to begin their inquiry by respecting the will of the people, as reflected in the work of Congress, and to defer to Congress unless the laws we pass violate the Constitution. Acting out based on their personal views in this matter would be the height of conservative judicial activism.”
