Yesterday on The Five, the hosts discussed the town of Middleborough, Massachusetts which held a vote on whether residents should be fined for cursing in public. Bob Beckel said this goes against the First Amendment, but Eric Bolling argued that he doesn't like hearing people swear especially when he's out with his son. Despite being rude, Kimberly Guilfoyle weighed in saying that legally people do have right to swear in public.
