Prosecutor Predicts Man Who Beat His 4-Year-Old Daughter’s Alleged Molester to Death Will Not Be Indicted
A father beat a man to death with his bare hands whom he claims molested his daughter. The sheriff says an arrest is not likely based on the evidence he’s seen so far.
Former sex crimes prosecutor Nicole DeBorde discussed why she thinks the grand jury won’t indict this father on today’s America’s Newsroom. She thinks this father was well within his rights to use deadly force.
DeBorde said that since the four-year-old wasn’t going to be able to defend herself, someone else had to do it. She added, “Even if he felt like he wasn’t using deadly force and the result was that the man died, he’s perfectly within his rights.”
What do you think? Should the father be indicted?
