Judge Napolitano Weighs In On Doping Charges Against Lance Armstrong ... And What He Knows, Or Doesn't Know, About 'True Blood'

In a segment on today's Studio B, Judge Andrew Napolitano weighed in on the recent doping charges filed against seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong. The athlete has come out saying he wants to see evidence of the new accusations against him that his career was the result of illegal drug use, after leaders just banned him from competing in France's Iron Man competition.

If convicted, Armstrong faces a lifetime competition ban and could lose all of his titles; the athlete, however, calls it a witch hunt and released the following statement on his website:

"I have never doped, and unlike many of my accusers, I

have competed as an endurance athlete for 25 years with no spike in performance, passed more than 500 drug tests and never failed one."

Officials say the evidence they have is that of more than 10 witnesses, cyclists and Armstrong team employees who would testify that he used or spoke about using blood boosting drugs and steroids from 1996 to 2005; officials also say they have blood samples from 2009 and 2010 that are fully consistent with signs of blood manipulation.

Judge Napolitano weighed in on what charges can and can't be brought against him, and the reasoning behind it. Plus, find out how 'True Blood' gets drawn into the conversation by Shepard Smith ... and who on set watches it, and who doesn't.
