Jenna Lee just reported that an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent was shot this morning in Texas. An ICE spokeswoman said that the shooting happened in Hidalgo County, near the border with Mexico. The special agent was apparently conducting what ICE is calling an ‘on-going criminal investigation.’ The agent is currently undergoing surgery at a local hospital.
