Scary Video: Teen Girl Leaps From Broken Chairlift to Escape Storm

A 17-year-old New Jersey teen took quite the leap of faith after the chairlift she was on lost power during an intense storm. While riding on the lift, the storm knocked out power to it. So, afraid that she could be electrocuted in the metal chair suspended by metal cables if lightning were to strike, she leaped to the ground.

The teen is doing fine, and spoke out about the terrifying incident. Watch the video, and hear her recount what made her decide to leap instead of ride it out.
