Shocking Video: 10-Year-Old Girl Escapes Attempted Kidnapping in Philadelphia, PA

Surveillance video shows a man trying to take a 10-year-old girl off the street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in broad daylight. Her 2-year-old brother, who was with her, screamed “louder than anything she’s ever heard before.”

The mayor of Philadelphia, Michael Nutter, expressed disgust with the suspect, saying he’s “never seen a video like this.” Police say that the man took off in his car, and the young girl and her brother were unharmed in the incident.

Philadelphia police have arrested a suspect in connection with this attempted abduction.
