Judge's Decision Expected Monday on Contentious Pennsylvania Voter ID Law
In Pennsylvania, a judge’s decision is expected as early as tomorrow on the state’s contentious new voter ID law.
John Fund, author of the new book “Who’s Counting,” spoke to Eric Shawn about the case. Fund explained that the Pennsylvania law is different than some other states' laws in that it says that if you don’t have an ID, you can still vote. Your ballot is set aside, and you have six days to email, fax or deliver your identification.
Fund also reacted to claims that voter fraud has been concocted by Republicans to try to defeat Democrats. Fund said, “To deny that voter fraud is going on, is to frankly deny reality.”
