Will Paul Ryan Impact the Undecided Voters?

Following Mitt Romney’s announcement that Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) will be his running mate, the electoral map has begun to change. Some predict that the swing state of Wisconsin will tilt over to the Republican side with Ryan on the ticket. Dick Morris made his own predictions about which candidate will take each of the 13 swing states. He called the majority of them in favor of Romney; while a few he said were too close to call. Is Morris being overly optimistic?

Morris reasoned undecided voters will all eventually vote against President Obama. He told Hannity, “In a certain sense, Sean, this is an election where the campaign will not determine

the winner. The underlying economy and environment will determine the winner. And ultimately, a president can’t get reelected in this kind of economy with this kind of a record and with this kind of an image.”
