Caught on Tape: Father Leads Police on High-Speed Chase With Wife and Kids in Car

A man led Utah police on a high-speed chase with his wife and four kids in the car. It started when police pulled Robert Hills over on suspicion of drunk driving. After getting out of his vehicle at the request of police, he hightailed it back to his minivan and took off. Hills then swerved through traffic at 115 mph before troopers spiked his tires. Hills took off because he has a criminal record.
