VIDEO: NY Subway Blast Sends Debris 8 Stories High, Damages Businesses
Yesterday, an underground subway blast happened in Manhattan, New York and it was all caught on tape.
The security camera footage caught an explosion that literally knocked many people off their feet; the New York Post is reporting that the incident occurred after subway workers mistakenly put a protective cover over the wrong ground hole. The sudden blast shot debris eight stories high.
It damaged nearby businesses, but amazingly, no one was hurt.
The chairman of the MTA called the explosion “unacceptable.”
