Empire State Building Shooting Eyewitness: There Was No Screaming; It Was Just Slow Motion

An eyewitness spoke to local affiliate Fox 5 News earlier, sharing his account from the shooting at the Empire State Building in New York. While he was sitting on the terrace having coffee, he said he heard multiple gunshots. “From my building, I couldn’t see through the scaffolding, but I heard multiple gunshots and then one single gunshot.”

He concluded,

“It was pretty surreal because there was no screaming; it was just slow motion.”
