What Romney Must Do in RNC Address
A new Fox News poll shows a virtual tie in the presidential race as the Romney campaign gears up for next week's Republican National Convention in Tampa.
The poll, the first of the year conducted by Fox News among likely voters, showed Mitt Romney leading President Barack Obama 45% to 44%.
Wall Street Journal columnist and former presidential speechwriter Peggy Noonan joined Jon Scott on Happening Now to discuss what Romney must do to attract voters during his Convention address.
"A candidate, especially a challenger ... can come forward and for 45 minutes, more or less uninterrupted, tell you what he stands for," Noonan said.
