First Aerial Shots of the Flood Damage in Louisiana
As Isaac dissipates across the Midwest, the damage and flooding he brought is now being fully assessed. Trace Gallagher reported the latest, with conflicting reports on evacuations in St. Bernard Parish, LA over concerns of a highly dangerous tank of chlorine floating down the Mississippi River.
The local news stations are saying that the tank is filled with 1200 lbs of liquid chlorine and that HAZMAT teams are now on the scene.

In addition to the lingering threat from the highly toxic chlorine gas escaping, Trace also reported that much of the area is still underwater, showing the first aerial shots of the flooded town of Braithwaite, LA.
