Gulf Coast Turns to Recovery Effort After Hurricane Isaac
Residents along the Louisiana and Mississippi were left with severe flooding after Hurricane Isaac dumped massive amounts of rain on the region.
In Gretna, Louisiana, more than 23 inches of rain was recorded.
The slow-moving storm
left entire neighborhoods underwater, while at least four deaths have been reported. Hundreds of thousands remain without power.
