Video: Rescue Effort to Save Man Caught in Rising Floodwaters

Extreme weather conditions have caused flooding and wind damage in Arizona, Missouri and Oklahoma. Out of dire circumstances come courageous rescue efforts and check this one out from Buckeye, Arizona. A man had to be rescued from his work truck when he was caught in rising waters. After attempting to save them man by way of a ladder, rescue workers were able to pull him and his truck to safety with a lifeboat.
