WATCH: Peter Johnson, Jr. Says Obama's Medicare 'Rhetoric Doesn't Match Reality'
This morning on Fox and Friends, Fox News legal analyst Peter Johnson, Jr. discussed the dueling Medicare plans from the Obama and Romney campaigns.
He said President Obama is misleading seniors about the differences between his ideas for Medicare and those of his re-election opponent.
"What the federal government plans
to do is take at least two million people ... and put them into an HMO program without their choice," Johnson said, adding that the Romney-Ryan plan would allow for a choice between "traditional Medicare and almost a voucher plan where you pick your own."
