Violent Anti-American Protests Break Out for 4th Day in Egypt
New protests are erupting in Cairo, Egypt as hundreds take to the streets. Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi Egypts has asked the public not to attack the US embassy and has denounced the murder of US Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.
A concrete barrier has been erected to protect the US embassy in Cairo, and FNC's Leland Vittert reports that the protesters have erected their own steel corrugated barriers to protect themselves from police throwing rocks and unleashing
tear gas in their direction. At this time, the Egyptian military has been able to hold their line and protect the embassy.
Vittert also notes that graffiti on embassy reportedly reads, “Take care America, we have 1.5 billion Bin Ladens.”
