Teen Charged With Attempting to Blow Up Chicago Bar
Heather Childers reported that FBI agents have arrested a teenager they say planned to set off a car bomb in Chicago. The 18-year-old male reportedly planned to set off the bomb near a downtown bar. A vigorous undercover operation led the FBI to discover that the suspect apparently posted comments about killing Americans.
The car bomb was a fake and it was provided to the suspect by federal agents. He was charged with attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction as well as attempting to damage and destroy a building with an explosive.
