Occupy Wall Street Movement Marks One-Year Anniversary With Protests Across Country
The Occupy Wall Street movement is marking its one-year anniversary today with protests throughout the country. In New York City, demonstrators have gathered outside the Stock Exchange. Marches and rallies are planned in another 30 cities. The movement started as a protest against the wealthiest Americans, but the movement fell apart when Occupiers were thrown out of their encampment in lower Manhattan.
