President Obama Snubs World Leaders, Set to Appear on 'The View'
Despite the fact that numerous world leaders will be in New York this week for the UN General Assembly, President Obama is focusing on his reelection campaign, even making any appearance on 'The View.' So, Peter Johnson Jr. asks, “Should the president be meeting with Egyptian President Morsi or with Joy Behar?”
Johnson said that the president’s decision is “all about the demo,” and that six and a half million people watched his last appearance on 'The View'.
Johnson said that the more important issue at stake is what the president will say during his speech to the General Assembly, especially given the uprising in the Middle East. According to Johnson, it’s clear that the president will admit that the anti-Islam video purported to have prompted violent protests in the Mideast is offensive. “When he says the video is offensive, is he signing onto the Mideast excuse for violence in the Mideast and anti-American hatred? Unfortunately, he is,” Johnson said.
He further pointed out that the U.S. has made every attempt to understand Islam and the way of the world in the Mideast, and now it’s time for there to be mutual respect. Johnson asked, “Will there be a new Obama doctrine that says to the Mideast – enough, enough, enough? Or will there be apology? Will there be appeasement?”
