Giuliani: Under Obama, "Maniac" Ahmadinejad Getting "Perilously" Close to Having Nuclear Weapons
Today, Iran's president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, spoke at the United Nations. Meanwhile, "America's Mayor" spoke at a rally right outside the U.N.'s walls, sizing up the man he calls a "mass murderer" and "maniac."
"Basically what you have standing up there is a mass murderer, a maniac ... [with] the most insane ideas," he said. "Would you want nuclear weapons in this man's hands? And under Obama, that's exactly where we're going."
Giuliani believes the nation is getting
"perilously close" to getting nuclear materials ... if they don't already, that is. "I wouldn't want to bet my life that they don't have it," said Giuliani.
The president of the United States came under immense criticism after not meeting with other world leaders at the U.N. -- and Giuliani was among those questioning Barack Obama's decision and what it could mean for our foreign policy.
"What I think is, he's not a president; he's a candidate. The world is in turmoil right now ... and the president is campaigning. The president is not meeting with the world leaders with whom you have to have a close relationship."
