Judge Napolitano: Attack in Libya Shouldn’t Surprise Americans After Obama Waged War on Qaddafi
Judge Andrew Napolitano says that the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya shouldn’t come as a surprise to Americans.
On Fox and Friends Thursday morning, he said, “The president, on his own, without the authority from the Congress and without the consensus of the American people, waged a war on Libya by bombing Colonel Qaddafi.”
Napolitano argues that by virtue of that decision, President Obama has brought in people far worse than Qaddafi to run the country.

“It should come as no surprise that as a result of what this president did with respect to destroying the Qaddafi government, there’s no government there strong enough to protect our people and our assets. He is afraid to admit that,” Napolitano charged.
