Frank Luntz Gets Undecided Voters' Reaction to Obama - "Flat," "Arrogant" and "Unorganized"
Political consultant Frank Luntz sat down with independent voters in Colorado to discuss President Obama’s performance in the first presidential debate.

“flat,” “arrogant,” and “unorganized,” during the event. On the other hand, some saw him as “more factual,” “honest” and “a good orator.”
Hear what else Luntz uncovered in this video from Fox and Friends.
