House Oversight Committee Subpoenas Leading Security Official at US Consulate in Libya for Hearing Next Week
Fox has confirmed that the House Oversight Committee has issued a subpoena to the leading security official at the US Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.
A Lt. Col. Andy Wood, Utah Army National Guard Green Beret, led a 16-member Special Forces site security team responsible for protecting U.S. personnel in Libya.
Wood has been subpoenaed to appear at next week’s hearing on the attack that killed US Ambassador Chris Stevens in Libya on September 11, 2012.
