Lt. Col. Wood in Libya Hearing: 'Al Qaeda Is More Established in Libya Than We Are'
Lawmakers held a hearing in our nation's capitol on Wednesday, demanding answers on the deadly terror attack in Libya that claimed the lives of four Americans.
At one point in the proceedings, Rep. Dennis Kucinich got heated while questioning the panel on terrorist activity in the region, asking, "Is Al Qaeda more or less established since our involvement?"
Lt. Col. Wood, who is the former head of a 16-member U.S. military team in Libya, finally answered, saying, "Yes, sir, their presence grows everyday; they are certainly more established than we are."
