VP Debate Quote: Ryan -- 'I Think the Vice President Knows, Sometimes the Words Don't Come Out the Right Way'
When Joe Biden made reference to Mitt Romney's "47 percent" comment, Paul Ryan pointed out that sometimes people don't say exactly what they mean and the vice president has experienced that problem.
"With respect to that quote, I think the vice president
very well knows that sometimes the words don't come out of your mouth the right way," drawing laughter from the audience and from Biden.
The vice president, responded, "But I always say what I mean."
