This is sure to bring a Friday smile to your face. America Live brought us a heartwarming moment from a middle-school football game in Illinois. Jack McGraw, a 13-year-old who
is confined to a wheelchair due to cerebral palsy, scored a touchdown in a game. His coach surprised him with just seconds on the clock and Haines Middle School holding a big lead. The play was planned and coordinated with the opposing team beforehand, and Jack had his big moment on a short run into the end zone in his motorized wheelchair. His coach, Sean Masoncup, said the crowd "went nuts" and Jack had a "little tear (in his eye) and the biggest smile ever." Jack's mother, Jill McGraw, said the biggest thing for her was to see the "level of acceptance" that the players, students and crowd showed her son. Watch Jack's memorable moment:
