Secretary of State Hillary Clinton Takes the Blame for Libya Attack

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says she takes full responsibility for the deadly attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya. Fox News' Wendell Goler is traveling with the secretary in Lima, Peru this evening. Goler reported that when asked about Ambassador Susan Rice tying the attack to an anti-Islamic film, Sec. Clinton attributed that to the confusion that comes during a combat situation.

Sec. Clinton said the buck stops with her when it comes to who is to blame for the September 11th attack that killed four Americans. She said, “The decisions about security

are made by security professionals. But we’re going to review everything to be sure we’re doing what needs to be done in an increasingly risky environment.”
