CAUGHT ON TAPE: World's Worst Neighbor Sets Lawns on Fire, Throws Eggs and Rocks

A Florida man by the name of Mitchell Igelko might be the world's worst neighbor. After harassing his neighbors for over a year by burning their grass, throwing eggs at their property and pelting their cars with rocks, Igelko was finally identified by Miami police and charged with criminal mischief.

There's no word on a motive for Igelko's destructive behavior.
