Breaking: Magnitude 6.6 Earthquake Strikes Costa Rica
A magnitude 6.6 earthquake strikes six miles northeast of Hojancha, Costa Rica. The Associated Press reports: "The U.S. Geological Survey says a magnitude-6.6 earthquake has struck the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. There are no immediate reports of damage.
The quake occurred in the Guanacaste region of the Central American nation, 38 miles from the town of Liberia. It had a depth of near 12 miles."
