Danica Patrick and Her No. 7 Car Make a Pit Stop on Fox and Friends
NASCAR star Danica Patrick stopped by Fox and Friends with the No. 7 Chevy Impala that she drives in the Nationwide Series, where she ranks 10th in the points standings this season.
She was asked whether she is surprised about the fact that more women have not broken through into racing, like she did.
"I feel like there's a lot more girls coming up through," she said.
"I remember a few years ago I went to my local track that I first got my start at, and there was almost 40 percent girls out there, and I thought, 'holy crap, this is so much different than when I was around.' (Back then) there was two of us, just me and my sister."
