Voter Fraud Watch: Virginia AG Looking Into Confiscated Registrations Forms; Son of Congressman Caught Telling Voter to Forge Documents

Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli (R) is investigating the case of a 22-year-old man who was arrested for throwing completed voter registration forms in the trash. According to AP, Colin Small, of Phoenixville, Pa., faces 13 counts of disclosure of voter registration information, destruction of voter applications, and obstruction of justice.

Small worked for a company hired by Republicans to collect voter registrations. Officials are looking to find out whether the incident is isolated, or possibly part

of a more widespread plot to disenfranchise voters in the crucial swing state.

There is also a new undercover video of Patrick Moran, the son of Rep. Jim Moran (D-Va.), as he appears to be giving advice on how to use forged documents in order to pose as other voters.

The video was released by Project Veritas, which sent someone to the Organizing for America offices in Arlington, Va., posing as an Obama campaign worker.

Moran has now resigned as field director of his father's re-election campaign.
