As conditions continue to deteriorate in Ocean City, Maryland, Steve Harrigan reported to Neil Cavuto that much of the beach, boardwalk and an iconic pier have been 'chewed up' by Hurricane Sandy, which at the time of the reporting, had not yet made landfall.
Harrigan added that much of the downtown is flooded.
