PHOTOS: National Guard Rescues Hoboken Residents From Major Flooding
Thousands of people are still trapped in Hoboken, New Jersey. Bill Hemmer reports that a quarter of the city, which is right across the Hudson River from New York City, is experiencing major flooding. The National Guard is now rescuing those stranded with no power, water, or heat. Take a look at these pictures out of the flooded city.
